Local Shipping

Most website purchases are forwarded by Australia Post to the customer, so please allow at least a week for postage and shipping.

International Shipping

We ship anywhere in the world subject to the availability of a postal system. Most international shipments are sent from Australia by Australia Post, or our special purpose forwarding agency (Skippy Post).

Purchasing

Customers can purchase retail quantities directly off our website up to an invoiced value of $240 (AUD) excluding postage and handling. The sales are settled using PayPal either through a personal PayPal account, or PayPal will handle your credit card. Commercial quantities can be provided and a quotation will be provided on request by email.

Online Order Limits

Shipments in excess of $240 (AUD) value should be handled by direct contact with SGB Publishing as these may attract quantity discount. Please use our contact details below.

Any international shipment in this range would be in excess of 2 kg and this requires specific Customs documentation both here in Australia and in the receiving country. Consequently special arrangements would need to be made for overseas shipping for quantities in excess of this amount. Again please contact us by telephone or email for further particulars

Schools and Institutions (in Australia)

Some schools and institutions are unable to take advantage of credit cards, so please download our hardcopy order form and email a copy to us. We will send the school or institution a quote and if appropriate credit arrangements are made we will invoice the school or institution with settlement via bank transfer or cheque as appropriate.

Schools and Institutions (International)

We will supply to overseas schools and institutions on a similar basis. We will send a quote denominated in AUD with settlement required before dispatch. By far the simplest solution for settlement is the use of the PayPal system which automatically handles currency conversion and international funds transfer. We will send a PayPal payment request to the school or institution with the requirement that the account be settled before the books are sent.
